The Bristol Trainstation Foundation is dedicated to returning the historic depot to its original 1902 condition. Plan to host your event in the near future in this beautiful facility. Events will be held in the large meeting room that will appeal to all segments of our community. We envision meetings to plan our future, celebrations to honor our past and get-togethers for commemorate special occasions in this area of the Trainstation.And don't forget it is a Trainstation with all of the associated excitement - sounds of the rails, engine and whistles and maybe even the sight of the conductor waving!The beautifully designed, spacious, and handicapped accessible interior can be used for a variety of social or business gatherings. We foresee the meeting room becoming "the" place to host wedding receptions, business meetings, fund raisers, and a plethora of other social functions.Train stations have traditionally been popular gathering places. In an area as filled with history and tradition as ours, it seems fitting that this ritual be not only perpetuated, but also celebrated.However, the celebration of tradition does not mean that the renovated Trainstation will be a museum piece. All the modern amenities will be available for any gathering.
